Essex Shipbuilding Museum Photo

This Essex Shipbuilding Museum photo was taken during a summer Cape Ann Plein Air (CAPA) Quick Draw event. This event featured artists competing for cash prizes, reception and painting sale. The view is ones back to the museum looking out onto the Essex River. The river is charming this time of year. It teams with the activities of local fishermen, pleasure boats, tourists, and tour boats. Essex River Cruises and Charters offer fabulous narrated cruises, chartered cruises, clambakes and catering.
